Welcome to our store. We are a small business selling new and used LEGO. We welcome comments and feedback. Located in IL we have been selling LEGO online since 2017. We strive to provide a quality product and are proud to be able to serve so many customers all over the world.

Order Terms and Shipping Policy – Great Brick Lab

Processing Time
Large orders require adequate time for accurate processing. Orders containing over 500 lots may take up to 4 business days to ship.
Standard Order Handling
Our typical order processing time is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If any items are missing or incorrect, we will offer a refund for the affected parts and associated shipping costs. In some cases, we may reach out to you directly to address the issue before issuing a refund.
Customer Support and Satisfaction
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Shipping Insurance
As a courtesy, all domestic orders valued over $50 will be insured. If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please retain all packaging materials and take clear photos. These will be necessary for submitting a shipping claim.

Shipping Rates and Services
- A USPS or UPS tracking number is provided for all shipping options.
- International orders have been experiencing extended delays. Insurance is required for all international shipments. If an international order has not arrived within 40 days of the ship date, we can initiate a claim. All claims must be filed within 6 months of the ship date.
- DHL shipping is available upon request.
Color Accuracy
We guarantee that the colors of all listed parts are accurate. If you believe you received the wrong color, please contact us and we will correct the issue.
Used Parts Policy
Items listed as "used" may show normal signs of wear, including minor discoloration. However, used parts will never include pieces that are broken, chewed, heavily scratched, written on, or excessively worn or discolored.
- If you have concerns about the condition of a used part, please include a note in the comments section of your order.
- This is especially relevant for tiles and panels—used tiles may have scuffing that removes their shine. If you want glossy tiles, please order new.
- Photos of any lot are available upon request.
