Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

Large Orders: Orders containing over 500 lots may require up to 4 business days for handling due to the extra care needed.

Please Note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.

All orders include a tracking number, provided via USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method selected.

All domestic orders over $50 are automatically insured at no additional cost.

If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please retain all packaging materials and take clear photos. These are required to initiate a claim.

We will assist with any necessary claims and strive to resolve such issues promptly.
International Shipping

Delays: International shipments may experience significant delays due to customs or transit disruptions.

Insurance: Required on all international orders.

Claims: If an international package does not arrive within 40 days of the ship date, we may initiate a shipping claim.
